Delete your PlotConnect account
Use this page to request deletion of your TST PlotConnect account and associated user data. You can also open this page from the mobile app under Profile - Delete Account.
What account deletion means
When we process your request, your account will be marked for deletion and access to account-based features will be removed.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile details such as name, phone number, and country.
- Your login credentials and account access records.
- Your payment activation linkage and account-specific history where it can be deleted.
What data may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security reasons.
- Operational logs or limited transaction references required to investigate abuse or comply with obligations.
